Live, anonymous, pulled straight from the same table the site writes to when a file gets opened or repaired. One exception, noted where it applies below: the country breakdown currently filters out my own testing traffic.
Counted per file-open, not deduplicated across repeat attempts on the same file. "Recovered" only started being tracked recently, so early periods will show fewer completions than previews even once the code has been live a while.
